Client area

Your project, your requests and your invoices, all in one place

If you are a Naisa client, you have your own area where you can see how each project is going, ask us for changes, follow AI usage and download your invoices. You log in with your email and password. For now, the client area itself is in Spanish.

If you are a client and don't have access, email us and we'll send you the link to activate it.

What's inside

What you see when you log in

Your projects

Each project with the stage it's at: proposal, development, testing or live. No need to ask.

Updates

What we post about your project: what we've finished, what needs testing, what comes next.

Requests

You open a bug, an improvement, a quote or a question, and each request has its own conversation, in order and in one place.

AI usage

If your tool integrates AI, you see what it uses month by month, at your price. And if you have a prepaid wallet, the balance you have left.

Billing

Your fees, what will go on the next invoice and your issued invoices, ready to download.

Your details and contacts

Your company details and contact people, so invoices and notices reach the right person.

Who it's for

  • For Naisa clients with a project at proposal, in development, in testing or live.
  • For the contact people the client chooses: each one logs in with their own email.
  • For whoever handles invoicing at your company, who can download invoices without asking us.

What it isn't

  • It isn't a sales chat. If you're not a client yet and want to tell us about a project, the place for that is the contact form.
  • It isn't a panel to manage your tool: each project has its own. Here you see the project, you don't administer it.
  • It doesn't replace talking to us: each request has its own conversation and we answer it ourselves.

Shall we talk?

Not a client yet?

Tell us what you need. After the first conversation we'll tell you in writing what we would do, in what order and how much each part costs.
