How we charge

Four ways to pay, and when each one fits

We don't publish rates because every project is different and a number on a website either scares people off or misleads them. What you do get before we start is, in writing, what we would do, in what order and how much each part costs.

The models

Four ways to charge, depending on the job

01

Fixed price

A clear scope and a price agreed before we start.

What for

For what can be fully described before starting: a website, a digital menu, a specific app.

How it works

  • Together we define what's in and what's out, and put it in writing in the proposal.
  • The price is agreed before the first line of code.
  • If along the way you want something that wasn't included, we price it separately and you decide.

It would fit, for example, for building a digital menu like the one for La Familia.

02

Monthly fee

So that what we delivered keeps working, month after month.

What for

Maintenance, hosting, backups, updates and small improvements to something that is already up and running.

How it works

  • What the fee covers is put in writing in the proposal: servers, backups, updates, small improvements.
  • It is invoiced monthly and you see it in your client area, along with what will go on the next invoice.
  • A big change isn't included in the fee: it's quoted separately, at a fixed price or by the hour.

It would fit, for example, for keeping a website with bookings and payments running, like the one for OneVan.

03

Hourly

For one-off changes or for work that gets discovered along the way.

What for

Small changes outside the fee, or jobs whose scope is discovered while doing them, such as an audit of how you work today.

How it works

  • Before starting we tell you the hours we estimate.
  • If we see we're going to go over, we tell you beforehand, not afterwards.
  • The hours worked are itemised on the invoice and you can see them in your client area.

It would fit, for example, for a preliminary audit like the one we did before building the system for Akra Frío.

04

Pay-per-use AI

If the tool integrates AI, you pay for what it uses, with a prepaid wallet.

What for

For any tool that integrates AI: an assistant that answers messages, an automation that reads orders written any old way.

How it works

  • AI has a real cost that depends on usage. We pass it on with an agreed margin and you see it month by month in your client area.
  • With the prepaid wallet you top up a balance that the AI uses up. You can turn on automatic top-up.
  • If the balance reaches zero, only the AI part stops and we let you know. Amounts are shown excluding VAT and each top-up is invoiced with VAT.

It would fit, for example, for an assistant that reads the orders that arrive by WhatsApp, like those in our AI automations.

They can be combined. Usually several go together: a fixed price to build, a monthly fee to maintain and a wallet if the tool integrates AI. The proposal says which part goes with which model, so you know what you pay and why.

What you get before paying anything

  • A conversation. To understand how you work, where the time goes and which programs you use today. No jargon.
  • A written proposal. What we would do, in what order and how much each part costs, with the payment model for each one.
  • Time to think it over. To read it calmly, compare it and ask us anything you need.

And after delivery

  • What you pay is visible: in your client area you have your fees, what will go on the next invoice and your issued invoices to download.
  • If your tool integrates AI, you see its usage month by month and, if you have a wallet, the balance left.
  • Requests (a bug, an improvement, a quote) are opened there and each one has its own conversation.

FAQ

What people ask us about pricing

Why don't you publish prices?

Because every project is different and a number on a website either scares people off or misleads them. What you do get before we start is a written proposal with what we would do, in what order and how much each part costs.

What if the project grows along the way?

It almost always happens: when the team sees the first part working, ideas come up. Anything that wasn't in the proposal is priced separately, in writing, and you decide before we do it.

Can I start with just one part?

Yes, and that's what we usually recommend: first the part that takes up most of your time, working soon, and the rest afterwards. In the proposal each part has its own price, so you decide the order.

What does a monthly fee include?

What's needed for what we delivered to keep working: hosting, backups, updates and small improvements. Exactly what's included is put in writing in the proposal. A big change is quoted separately.

What is pay-per-use AI and the wallet?

If your tool integrates AI, each use has a real cost that depends on how much it is used. We pass it on with an agreed margin and you see it month by month in your client area. With the prepaid wallet you top up a balance that the AI uses up; you can turn on automatic top-up and, if the balance reaches zero, only the AI part stops and we let you know. Amounts are shown excluding VAT and each top-up is invoiced with VAT.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, always, with VAT. Your issued invoices are available to download in your client area, along with your fees and what will go on the next invoice. What's in the client area →
