AI process automation for businesses

If someone on your team spends hours copying data, preparing the same report or answering the same questions, that can be automated. We integrate AI where it genuinely saves work, not because it's trendy.

What it is

AI automations, in a nutshell

An automation is a task a person used to do that now happens on its own: entering an order into the system, calculating commissions, sending an alert or generating a document.

AI is useful for tasks that require understanding text: reading an order written any old way, answering a customer or summarising an email. We only use it where it adds value.

Who it's for

Which companies it makes sense for

Teams that copy data from one place to another

From email to the ERP, from WhatsApp to the order sheet, from Excel to the invoice.

Companies with reports done by hand

Weekly sales, commissions, low stock or the day's routes, which could arrive on their own.

Businesses that always answer the same questions

Opening hours, prices, availability or the status of an order, at any hour and on any channel.

Problems it solves

  • Orders that arrive by WhatsApp or email and have to be typed into the system.
  • Commissions, settlements or reports calculated by hand in Excel.
  • Questions to the office that an automatic message could answer.
  • Alerts that depend on someone remembering.
  • Documents filled in by copying the same data over and over.

What's included

  • A list of repetitive tasks and how much time they take each week.
  • Automations connected to the programs you already use.
  • AI assistants that reply on WhatsApp, Telegram or on your website.
  • Reports and alerts that arrive on your phone by themselves.
  • Human review at the steps where a mistake costs money.

How much does repetitive work cost you?

Keying in orders by hand, preparing the same report every week, answering the same questions over and over. Enter your numbers and see what it adds up to in a year. It's the first sum we do ourselves in the first meeting.

An estimate based on your numbers: it is not a quote or a promise of savings. Your numbers never leave your browser.

FAQ

What people usually ask us

Which tasks can be automated?

Mainly the ones that repeat and follow rules: moving data from one place to another, calculating, sending alerts or generating documents. Tasks that need judgement can be assisted, but it's best to have a person review them.

What does AI do in an automation?

It understands what is written freely. For example, it reads a message with an order and turns it into order lines, or answers a customer with your business's information.

Is it safe to let AI do things on its own?

It depends on the task. Where a mistake costs money, the automation prepares the work and a person confirms it. We design every process with that in mind.

Does it work with the programs I already have?

Almost always. The first thing we look at is what you use today and how to connect to it, so you don't have to switch tools.
