The website, bookings and management of a motorhome fleet, in a single system
We rebuilt the website of a motorhome rental company with online booking and payment in six languages, and gave it a panel to run the fleet, deposits, invoices and cleaning from a phone.

The problem
The website was a WordPress site with a booking plugin, and whatever didn’t fit in it (deposits, invoices, cleaning) was handled separately. Nine out of ten visits come from mobile, and on mobile the website failed exactly where it hurts most: the WhatsApp button covered the calendar for the return date.
What we did
A new, fast website in six languages, where customers pick dates, see the exact price with the season and discounts already applied, add extras and pay online. Each language has its own address so Google finds them separately, and there are pages for each coastal city and a route planner.
Behind it, a panel for the owner with the calendar of the whole fleet, bookings, deposits pending return and invoices, with their corrective invoices and PDF. The cleaning team has its own app on their phone: they see which motorhome is coming back, fill in the report with a checklist and photos, and the owner decides if there’s anything to charge.
The result
Since 15 October 2026 the new website has been live at onevan.es, taking payments through the bank’s card gateway, and the panel is used daily for bookings, deposits and invoices. The screenshots use sample data.
