What is the difference between custom and off-the-shelf software?
An off-the-shelf program is made for thousands of companies and you adapt to it. A custom one is made for yours: it only has what you use and works the way your team works.
Do we have to stop using the program we have?
Not all at once. Usually the new system runs alongside the current one and takes over part by part, without interrupting daily work. That's how we are doing it with a distributor, route by route.
Can it work on a phone and offline?
Yes. We can build apps for the phones or handheld terminals of the team working outside the office, such as delivery drivers or sales reps, and design them for when coverage drops.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what needs to be built, so we don't give prices blindly. After a first conversation we tell you in writing what we would do, in what order and how much each part costs, with no commitment.
