A single system for the office, delivery and sales reps
We audited how a frozen bread and pastry distributor worked and built its management system: office, the delivery driver's handheld, customer orders and lookups from the phone.

The problem
The company worked with four programs that didn’t talk to each other, held together by codes typed in by hand. Orders arrived by WhatsApp, commissions took days to calculate in Excel and any business data could only be looked up from the office computer. Sales reps and drivers called the office all day long to ask about a price or a discount.
What we did
First an audit: interviews, visits to the warehouse and a list of every problem with what it costs in hours. With that we designed a system that looks like what the team already used, so nobody has to learn to work all over again.
The system has an office screen that shows the day at a glance: delivery notes, routes out for delivery, loading discrepancies and what is still to be settled. The driver carries an app on their handheld that guides them from loading the truck to settling up. Customers place their orders from an app, and sales reps look up prices, margins and history from their phone with a Telegram message.
The result
It is in pilot: it runs alongside the usual programs and takes over route by route, without interrupting daily work. The screenshots use sample data.
